Poznań's ROCKWOOL to hire another 80 people for its digital transformation

As ROCKWOOL Group grows, the ROCKWOOL Global Business Centre in Poznań is growing too - now also including Group Operations & Technology functions such as engineering and purchasing as well as R&D.

The world's leading stone wool manufacturer is growing and investing heavily in the digital tools and skills necessary to modernise its global factories. To succeed, ROCKWOOL has designated its Poznań office as a centre of excellence for many of those needed skills.

Together with our headquarters office in Denmark, Poznań is now at the centre of that effort and we are looking for the best candidates to help us drive this transformation across our global business - says Dorte Gram, Transition Manager, Group Operations & Technology.

To achieve this digital transformation, the Group Operations & Technology in ROCKWOOL is looking for people with a range of digital skills to join its teams in Poznań, including app developers, digital twin developers, data scientists, IT/OT lead architects, and senior project managers that can run large IT/OT implementation projects among others.

The ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Centre (RGBS) opened its new office in the Nowy Rynek district earlier this year. The current team includes 350 specialists with a goal to add 80 new hires by 2023.
The RGBS is not a "typical" service centre. Unlike others in Poland that typically handle accounting, administration and IT functions, employees at RGBS lead and support a variety of international projects critical to business.

These include engineers designing machines for ROCKWOOL stone wool factories around the world; software and IT specialists developing automation and mobile applications for the business and its customers; procurement specialists providing support for purchasing and tenders; graphic designers creating imagery, animations, and videos for global marketing campaigns; as well as experts in controlling, reporting, sales support, tax services and many more.
