This is an update about key dates and logistics for our 12th annual CEE Business Services Summit & Awards, set for 6-7 March 2024 – and in particular for those of you who are Speaking; or Presenting on 6 March as a “Nomination Showcase Presentation”.

We've got a full day, with 15 Presentations and insights into GBS/BSCs across CEE.
First Presentations start at 11am, just after the coffee-break, and the order of Presentation is like this on the Website. We have aimed to accommodate “out-of-towners” with a later slot, since some of you may be arriving that morning... If you have a strong objection to your time slot, please contact me individually.
Logistics and Technical Issues:
2) Your Tickets. Each Showcase Presentations package includes 2 tickets to attend the Full Event (Both Days + evening Awards). You are automatically on “the List” already – there are no physical tickets.

Logistics and Technical Issues:
- Each of you (Showcase Presentations) has 8-10-minutes to present. I suggest you aim for 8 minutes, and leave 2 minutes for questions and discussions. Since we have a tight schedule, I will insist you stay within the time limit (and Thom Barnhardt will be moderating the day)... We also suggest you not spend time talking about your Group Company, but rather focus on your GBS/BSC and what services you are providing; how you are distinctive or different; and give some insight into your operations (both good things and challenges you face).
- Mixing up your Presentation with Video, PowerPoint and Speaking. Many of you will show a short-video (1-2 min) and/or continue with PowerPoint... That is all fine - we will be able to accommodate it. Also, when you are speaking, we have a Podium (with a mounted speaker), and you will have a "clicker" to control your Presentation.
- Technical Issues: Our AV/TechTeam is ready for most any type of presentations: Video, PDF, other SlideShow formats, etc. If you have a Presentation or Video, please EMAIL it to me before Sunday, 3 March, 18:00 – and bring a copy on Pendrive to the event (as backup)!
- 1 or 2 Presenters is OK. You can choose to have just 1 person presenting or 2 – either is OK with us. To be certain: EMAIL me the name of who will be presenting from your side.
- Brella Event App. All attendees have access to the excellent Brella Event App. And you have already been sent an automatic invitation from Brella.io. Furthermore, all Showcase Presentations will have a Digital Booth on the Brella App (allowing you to post additional information about the company, including Video and Presentations)... Mia Belusic from our team is fully in-charge (Digital booth looks like this). We suggest you finalize your Booth by 29 February.
