Concept:
This Invitation-only event is focused on the GBS/Business Services sector, as well as the fast-growing advanced IT & technology sectors.
AI is a huge opportunity for global companies to transform their operations and boost their performance significantly. In many cases, the GBS centres will be leading these initiatives.
This event is designed to move beyond the "theory" and "bluster" of GenAI - and get into the nitty-gritty details about what's actually being done inside global business services centres. We will present at least 10 specific ideas, examples and case-studies of what is working - and dig into the mechanics of how or why it's working.
Who will attend?
We are capping the total number of GBS exec attendees to 25 – in line with our focus on niche events for C-level execs only. These are "Invitation-only" events (for GBS execs, CFOs and CIOs).
