The number of teams per city is limited to 15. Participation for a Team-of-7 costs 2180 euro, and includes 7 tickets to the evening After-Party (outdoors!) with full catering, drinks,etc. Also all participating teams receive medals of participation, and Top 3 receive Trophies.
2nd teams from the same company have 15% discount, 3rd Teams from the same company have 25% discount.
If you would like additional people from your company to join the After-Sports party, we have a "Team Tickets" package for 5 people (250euro) or 10 people (450euro) - or single tickets are 60euro.
After you register, we will ask you to send us your company Logo and the name and Logo of the Charity which your team will support.
(Resignations: In the event that you cancel your team's participation, we will refund 100% of the fee if done 60 days before the events. Resignations after these dates are non-refundable.)

New in 2026: “Executive Beach Tennis Challenge”
What: A 2-versus-2 Beach-Tennis Tournament.
When: 15:00 - 17:00, on adjacent courts
Who can play? Only Top Execs (Director or Senior Manager Level) of GBS/BPO centres!
Must include one-woman and one-man.
Fee to enter: 500euro/team.
Charity: As Organizers, we are "matching" the Executive Team-fee, so that the Winner of the Executive Beach-Tennis Challenge will receive 2,000euro! (This is in addition to the regular Team charity contribution.)
