Our 7th annual BSC Charity Beach Volleyball Tournaments are 100% focused on employees of Business Services Centers across Poland. Set for June and August in the following cities:
- Budapest - 6 June
- Vilnius - 20 June - NEW
- Gdansk/Gdynia - 22 August
- Krakow/Katowice- 28 August
- Warsaw - 29 August
- Bucharest - 12 September - NEW
What types of companies can compete?
Participation in the Tournament is only open to SSCs/BPOs/ITOs with operations in Poland, Hungary or Romania. Our definition includes Shared Service centers, captive R&D and IT operations, SoftDev/Digital firms, and BPO/Outsourcing operations.
We have limited number of teams per city in 2023 - so this will be on a “first-come,first-served” basis.

How many players per team?
Each team consists of 7. 4 Players are playing at all times, and can be rotated in/out. One woman must be playing at all times!
Deadlines: For June events, Registration deadline is 15 May. For August events, Registration deadline is 30 June - or earlier if you want to be sure to confirm your Team's participation.

Who is the Organizer?
The organizer is CEE Business Media. We also organize the annual CEE Business Services Awards (8-9 March 2023), publish the annual CEE Business Services Directory (May 2023), and publish the Association website www.EuropeanBusinessServices.com.

How can I submit my Charity?
Only teams competing in the Tournament can submit their Charity. And the Winning Team wins 2500euro for their selected Charity.
What about the After-Sports-Party?
We'll start the evening at 18:00 with open bar and Grill (beers, wines, soft drinks, barbeque, etc).
All Participating Teams receive 7 bracelets for the After-Sports Party.
Additional Tickets can be purchased for your Team Members who would like to join the After-Sports Party. (Single Ticket: 60euro; Package-of-5 Tickets: 250euro; Package-of-10 Tickets: 450euro.)

Tell me more about the costs of entry? What does it cover? And what if I want to submit 2-3 teams from my company?
The per-Team Entry fee of 1980 euro covers all costs of the Tournament for your 7-person team. This includes food-grill and open-bar drinks in the evening, insurance for your players, music, and the cash Awards to be given to the winning Company's Charity. We have "capped" the number of teams per company at 2 so that no one company will overwhelm the Tournament.
Resignations: In the event that you cancel your team's participation, we will refund 100% of the fee if done before 15 May for June events, and 15 July for August events. Resignations after those dates are non-refundable.
Additional Tickets for non-playing Team Members:
If you have Team members that would like to attend, but not play, they are welcome. Attendance at the evening After-Sports celebration is 60euro/person (and this covers grill, drinks, etc). Or the "Team Tickets" package of additional 5 tickets (250 euro) or 10 tickets (450euro).
