This is a VIP Invitation to a small, select number of Site Directors at Poznan-based Business Services centres to join a highly-confidential, online ZOOM teleconference on Tuesday, 24 March from 11:00 – 11:45am.

The topic is “Best practices for operating SSCs during CV crisis-time”. The goal is to encourage sharing of ideas and learnings during these extraordinary times.

While most of us can not meet each other, we have heads full of ideas and we want to replicate the confidential, small-talk exchange that is so valuable at small focused events. As moderator, I will “kick-off” the discussion by asking participants to tell us what steps you have already implemented in the last 5-7 days; then, the topics of discussion will be anything that you want to discuss that is productive, results-oriented and actionable.

The number of participants is limited to only 5. We believe that more participants would make it unmanageable and less-productive.

Rules of the teleconference:
a) Highly-confidential and each participant agrees to this in advance.
b) No recording of the conversation (neither from Organizer's side or participants)
c) Strict time control. We'll be “on” at 11am and finished by 11:45am.
d) Platform: Organizer will send participants a ZOOM video invitation to join.
e) White Paper Summary: After this “Best Practices Roundtable Teleconference”, we will summarize key conclusions (with zero attribution of comments so as to fully preserve confidentiality) and we will send this summary ONLY to participants – and within 24 hours. Additional Benefit: We plan to do 7 of these Teleconferences in next2 weeks, and all those who join one discussion will also receive the subsequent WhitePapers from all discussions.
f) Participants are expected to “give” and not just “get” - so the moderator will encourage healthy participation from all attendees.
