Enterprise-level software company Exadel is setting up a center of excellence and launching an intensive recruitment drive in Budapest, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
Exadel says that it has made the move to Hungary because of available talented professionals and the ideal business environment. The U.S.-based company is no stranger to the region, with offices in Poland and Lithuania, among other locations in Eastern Europe. Currently, the company specializes in IT services designed to support both small and large companies. Their expertise includes AI & machine learning, mobile development, quality assurance, and QA automation, UX & UI, product engineering, cloud development, devops digital, and content marketing. They also provide data privacy consulting programs and data consulting services. The company is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and has established long-lasting relationships with leading companies across industries, including ABC Fitness, GHX, UBS, Verint, McKesson, Dun & Bradstreet, Pure Storage, NCP, Grothe Technology. Exadel has built business partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft, Adobe, Redhat, Armour Security, and OneTrust as well. According to the press release, the company's main objective in Hungary is to create a center of excellence with the most talented tech experts available to serve its clients across global markets, particularly as Exadel has relocated some of its operations in Belarus and Russia to Budapest. In the long term, Exadel wants the Hungarian office to become a hub of expertise within the company where tech professionals develop innovative solutions. The company is planning to hire 25 people by August and 50 by the end of the year. This number could double by the end of next year. The company is also looking forward to welcoming well-qualified workers who have had to flee their homes from Ukraine. Eyal Zucker, managing partner of Exadel Hungary, described his vision for the growing branch, "Quality equals the right combination of expertise and communication, and our corporate culture follows this philosophy in every aspect. In Hungary, Exadel is still a startup with a family atmosphere, serving large international corporations with its unique IT solutions. We are familiar with both business models, so we know how to combine their advantages." Zucker believes that the key to success is creating a positive work environment, and he views that as his responsibility as Exadel Hungary grows. Exadel allows its employees to work fully online from home, enabling them to perform their jobs from anywhere. This gives them the flexibility to travel or move anywhere they’d like, as the company equips them with the latest technology to do so. In addition to freedom in choosing their location, Exadel also provides employees with a “traditional” working environment in the heart of Budapest. The company is leasing an office in the Roosevelt Building, where one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team building events are organized on a regular basis. Comments are closed.
