Aviva Services appoints new Director

Alicja Mroczkowska was appointed president of Aviva Services Sp. z o. o., which runs the ASEC expert center. ASEC remains part of the Aviva group structure and will continue to provide specialized services to it, and its headquarters will remain in Warsaw.


Alicja Mroczkowska has been associated with Aviva for over 20 years. She started her work by participating in a business development project in Lithuania (which is just celebrating its 20th anniversary). Later, she worked in Vilnius, responsible for customer service and acted as the main underwriter. After returning to Poland, she managed important projects locally, and in 2009-2012 she worked in Aviva's European structures, where she was responsible for project coordination, including the implementation of an agency network in Russia. Later, she was the director of sales network development initiatives in Aviva in Poland, and for over 7 years she was the director of the Actuary's Shared Services Center.

In June 2020, she was appointed a member of the management board of Aviva Services Sp. z o. o, which leads ASEC, and in July 2021 as its president. ASEC stands for Aviva Services - Expertise Center. It has been operating for 11 years and is not only the largest actuarial center in Poland, but also a growing center of expert services in the field of finance, risk, data science and IT. It employs over 200 specialists.
