​This week's "Meet the Manager" video series are coming to you from SSON's annual conference in Budapest. Andreea Stanescu tells us about Stefanini's rapid expansion plans, which include a 2nd office opening in Poland - in Opole - from November 2017.

Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is well-established as a world-class destination for Shared Services centres and BPO investment. With Poland the strongest location in the region, other countries such as the Baltics, Czech Republic and Romania are important investment destinations. Global outsourcing firms, business services projects and sector professionals will be presented with awards of acknowledgment - by an independent jury of 30 top execs from the industry. The CEE Shared Services And Outsourcing Awards Gala is the leading platform for connecting CEE’s business services sector with western Europe, North America and Asia.

This year we expect 300+ guests - of which more than 50 from international firms interested in setting up or expanding their business services centres in central Europe. The awards gala will be preceded by a half-day of discussion panels with 14 top speakers; and 2 site visits at MoneyGram and KMD.
