​This week, we "travel" to Moldova, to meet  Olga Surugiu, International Operations Director at Orange Systems, a nearshore outsource service provider, based in Chisinau. Orange has been operating 10 years delivering operational excellence to European partners from UK, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Slovakia. With a team of over 500 employees, Orange Systems Moldova offers a large variety of services: IT services, Finance, Customer Operations & HR, Regulatory & Compliance.

Ms. Surugiu has over 14 years of international experience in the telecommunications sector within the Orange Group, currently leading Orange Systems, the IT hub of Orange Moldova.  With a background in finance and engineering, she is also Vice President of the Moldovan Association of ICT companies and an Ambassador of the Tech Women community.
