EBSA is organizing a 1-hour seminar (InPerson in Warsaw; and Online) for US East Coast corporates who are keen to expand their IT, tech, F&A, or HR sourcing, or setting up their own captive Shared-services organization.

While many US corporates have already set up Business Services centres in CEE and Poland, the concept, business-model and business-case is somewhat new to mid-sized corporates.

This InPerson and Online Seminar will explore the advantages and disadvantages of "going it alone" for a full-on, captive centre - or partnering with service providers on the ground in Poland and CEE.
