Pre-Decision Advisory

ESSA provides one-off, bespoke Advisory services to Investors that are considering setting up Business Services centres in CEE. Our scope is limited to “Pre-Decision Advisory” and our role is to provide initial suggestions and “hand-holding” in the early stages, including introductions/vetting of subsequent advisors, direct introductions to City Officials from across the CEE region, and direct introductions to SSC peers already operating in the region. Advisory-on-Advisory services: We do not aim to replace or compete with large global advisory groups, but rather can give you some local insight into both “global advisors” and “local advisors”, including direct contacts (tele/emails), reputational insights, and references. These advisors can offer deeper insight into locations; SSC implementation; and the full range of services you'll need to make a transition smooth. You'll also need help and introductions to various Cities; Office Selection; and HR/Recruitment.
