GBS Automation & AI Leaders Workshop
“Closed-door benchmarking and technology case studies for senior GBS operators”
8 September, 2026 - Warsaw, Poland
Concept: GBSs across Europe are under pressure to constantly improve operations, optimize processes, and maximize cost-savings for their global organizations. Emerging technologies, especially AI, can give GBS Directors an edge and early-start on this journey, but on the other hand, can be costly, complicated to integrate and apply across legacy systems, and leave disappointing results.
This peer-to-peer Workshop is focused on Case-studies, examples of both successful and unsuccessful projects, and practical technology applications for GBS centres in CEE/Baltics. We aim to go beyond the bluster surrounding AI solutions, as well as look at RPA and other process automation solutions that are working, including in core GBS finance process towers such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R), etc.
