Awards:
The annual Awards is open to GBS and Business Services Centres (including BPOs and ITOs) operating in CEE and Baltics. In 2025, we'll have 25 categories.
Nominations are free to submit and will open on 1st October (closing 20 December).
Our VIP Jury members will vote on 5 March; and Guests attending will also vote on 5-6 March, with Winners announced at the Awards Gala on the evening of 6 March.

This is an update about key dates and logistics for our 13th annual CEE Business Services Summit & Awards, set for 5-6 March 2025.

1) Dates:
5-6 March (Wednesday and Thursday): The 2-day Summit will cover a range of subjects crucial to global directors and BSC Directors in CEE. Over the 2 days, we have more than 45 Panelists and Speakers. 5 March, 8am with an excellent networking breakfast over fresh fruit juices and omelette-station. (We expect 150+ Guests.) Showcase Presentations: We'll have max 13 Presentations and insights into GBS/BSCs across CEE. 5 March, 19:30 Welcome Reception 6 March (Thursday):
