The Awards were preceded by the 2-day Summit, with 46 Panelists and Speakers (on topics such as AI-applied to GBS sector, GBS Transformation, the India-CEE Symbiosis, and Saudi BPO Briefing), including 17 Showcase Presentations of top BSCs from across CEE.
