The international engineering and IT services provider is expanding its operations in the region. The number of experts at its local branch is set to double soon, reaching 200 specialists.

Based on positive experiences in Pomerania and dynamic development in recent years, the company is intensifying its activities in Poland – with Gdańsk at the forefront.  Its Gdańsk office plays a key role in the company’s global operations by combining local expertise with international projects for industry leaders such as Airbus, Siemens, BMW, and Meyer Werft. The team focuses on supporting projects in sectors crucial for Pomerania: shipbuilding, wind energy, mechanics, electrical engineering, and IT.
Mechanical, Electrical, and IT Experts Wanted
FERCHAU is currently seeking mechanical and electrical engineers, specialists in ship construction and systems design, as well as experts in digitalization, automation, and high-voltage systems. The company is also actively recruiting professionals in OT/IT, SCADA, and CAD design.
