Concentrix returns to hire 200 in Lithuania for multilingual customer operations

Concentrix Corporation, a Fortune 500® global technology and services company, has announced plans to expand its operations in Lithuania. Building on its existing base of remote workers in the country, the company is expected to create an additional 200 positions over the coming years, with the objective of establishing Lithuania as a strategic multilingual hub for Nordic, German, and Polish markets. 
Concentrix is one of the world’s largest providers of customer experience solutions and integrated business solutions, employing approximately 450,000 people across 75 countries. The company serves 2,000+ clients globally, specializing in technology-enabled customer engagement services across sectors including technology, financial services, healthcare, and retail. 

The expansion into Lithuania follows Concentrix’ 2023 combination with Webhelp, a multinational outsourcing and consultancy firm, including its Lithuanian operations. While Webhelp LT had previously downsized in Lithuania in 2020, the combination with Concentrix has opened a new chapter for operations in the country.
