DB Schenker merges two of its subsidiaries in Bucharest

DB Schenker Global Service Europe S.R.L. and the DB Schenker Global Business Services S.R.L., assuring international operational support for DB Schenker, Arriva and DB Cargo, became officially DB Schenker GBS Bucharest S.R.L. starting in November.

DB Schenker Global Service Europe S.R.L. was launched in 2014, followed by DB Schenker Global Business Services S.R.L, in 2015. Both provide important support for the DB group’s companies, such as Finance & Accounting, Sales Support, Claims, HR Services, Logistics Support Operations, Master Data Management. The new entity counts over 1.100 employees and the merger will bring a global perspective, structure and alignment of all activities within the group’s companies, at high class standards.
