Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Poland to open GBS in Wrocław in early 2022

The Polish branch of the German pharmaceuticals company is to occupy almost 2,800 sqm of office space in Centrum Południe, the developer and owner of which is Skanska. The tenant was advised by CBRE during the leasing process.
Centrum Południe, which is situated at the junction of ul. Powstanców Śląskich and ul. Szczęśliwa is a multi-phase project that will eventually comprise 85,000 sqm of office, retail and service space. The first, 27,600 sqm phase was completed in July 2020, and has just received a LEED Core&Shell certificate. Construction work on the second, 21,500 sm phase has just started and is expected to be ready in the fourth quarter of 2022.
