Fresh to Krakow, HAVI looks at faster expansion

At the beginning of 2019, HAVI, a global firm in logistics and supply chain management for global brands, opened its Krakow business services center. HAVI may be better known for its behind-the-scenes logistics services for its biggest client: McDonalds.

At present HAVI Kraków boasts a built of over 120 experts and specialists providing services in 16 languages, and its new center is part of the company's strategic growth planned for 2019-2025. After the transition of Europe-wide services to Poland, HAVI is focused on maximizing operational efficiency and standardization of processes.

The Krakow operation is clearly strategic: the Group organized its main annual internal financial conference in Krakow – led by its CFO and other regional financial directors – to review further investments in the region, including expansion of services provided from Krakow in such areas as: HR management, procurement and supply chain.
